SAP S/4HANA, The New Business Software for Saku Metall Group Companies

Saku Metall Group companies have selected SAP S/4HANA as the new business software which is a collaborative, customer-orientated business software tailored specifically to our needs. SAP is the chosen business software of the world’s leading companies.

SAP S/4HANA will replace our current business software, Axapta 4.0, which capabilities are limited at our production capacities and in the need of detailed information. The implementation of the new software is crucial for us to further automate processes. The linking and automation of various software and services is the source of developing our efficiency.

Our flexibility is a clear competitive advantage in foreign markets. The flexibility of offering products with changing configurations, delivery times and volume dynamics is a challenge for our planners. The goal was to find a solution that would allow flexible and detailed planning of the production so that we could react to those changes and automate production capacities at the same time.

We have high hopes and expectations regarding the new software. We are working hard to fully move over to SAP S/4HANA software by January 2022 and to share the benefits of the new software with our customers and partners.
