Production

Saku Metall has its production facilities in Tallinn on Saku Street and in Harju County  Põrguvälja Road 25 with total area 20 000 m². Since the production of the first metal door in 1991, the technological level and volume of production has continuously increased through investments in modern sheet metal processing equipment and expansion of the production area.

Average production output of the company

• Sheet metal processing – 500 t per month
• Manufacturing of metal doors – 1000 pieces per month
• Manufacturing of steel profiles (glazed doors and walls, windows) – 500 m² per month
• Manufacturing of sectioned overhead doors – 120 pieces per month

The production of the door factory is installed by our internal installation teams. Maintenance and repair teams take care of the products made by Saku Metall and also products made by other manufacturers.
