Recommended use
Forster Presto XS internal profile doors are suitable for private use buildings to divide rooms by elegant way and to allow high
transparency. The unique construction design enables tailor-made modular solutions for a wide range of interior applications.
Construction
Doors and fixed screens are made of quality steel profiles produced by Swiss manufacturer Forster Profile Systems Ltd. All joints are welded. Each door leaf has three welded steel hinges with ball bearing for door leaf.
Depth of frame profiles and the thickness of door leaf is 50 mm. Double insulation between frame and door leaf – both, the frame and the door leaf are equipped with the frame gasket. Door and glazing gaskets are made of high-quality EPDM rubber. If necessary, brush gasket is used under door leaf.
Profile products are painted by using powder coating technology (polyester powder paint and zinc epoxy-based paint). Standard colour is RAL9005 (jet black). It is possible to choose some other colour from RAL or NCS catalogues.
